We continue to develop SystemsWiki.org because we feel that it needs to exist. You are most welcome to use the content of SystemsWiki.org in any manner that you feel might further your endeavors. If you use content from SystemsWiki we would appreciate it if you would use it as described in SystemsWiki:Copyrights, though we fully acknowledge that we're building on the shoulders of giants far too numerous to mention, and to them, we are eternally grateful for their efforts.

Posts by members of the Systems Thinking World group are considered to be “Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike” (CC BY-NC-SA). This license lets other remix, tweak, and build upon your work non-commercially, as long as they credit you and license their new creations under the identical terms. Webinar Registration Information

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by individuals when registering for webinars. The information you provide is used to create a personal account for you on Insight Maker. Personal information you specifically choose to provide other than email address, such as name and industry, is not available to other users and visitors to SystemsWiki. Email addresses are kept private by and are used to inform you of future webinar availability. You may request to be removed from that distribution at any time.

There are no Cookie/Tracking Technology employed in association with webinar registrations.

Distribution of Information

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
